Back in Action Spinecare and Rehab has been providing comprehensive health and wellness solutions for both acute and chronic medical conditions for the Northern Virginia area at our Tyson's Corner office in Vienna, VA for 25+ years. Dr. Gary A. Blabey, D.C., clinic director and owner has practiced at Back in Action for the past 12 years. Dr. Blabey is licensed through the Virginia Board of Medicine as a Chiropractic Physician and is a board eligible Chiropractic Neurologist.  He continues post-graduate studies in neurology, nutrition, metabolic syndromes, and rehabilitation.  Our office provides traditional chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatments with a brain-based approach. We also offer comprehensive treatment protocols for many complex autoimmune and pain disorders using functional lab analysis, science-based nutrition, Chiropractic Neurology (brain-based therapy), cold laser therapy, whole body vibration, and spinal decompression therapy (IDD therapy). With this multi-faceted approach, Dr. Blabey finds it imperative not only to partner with our clients but also to keep a team approach in dealing with our clients other medical providers.
